We seek out only the best authentic food experiences, from great local cheese makers to amazing dairy producers. Discover the journey of food from farm to fork – try your hand at cheesemaking, milk a cow, collect oysters for tea.

Day 1 – Arrival day, orientation and welcome dinner.
Day 2 – Visit the famous covered English Market in Cork City or one of the many local food markets throughout the area, food tasting (picnic with food purchased at a local market).
Day 3 – Catch and Cook on the Wild Atlantic Way. Visit Dingle town and then hop aboard for an authentic sea fishing experience followed by a cooking class to prepare the day’s catch!
Day 4 – Visit Cork’s Franciscan Well Brewery and Brew Pub one of Ireland’s longest established and best respected craft breweries. The “Well” has gained national fame for its popular beers along with international recognition for its numerous craft beer awards from across Europe along with their successful collaboration with Jameson Whiskey. To be followed by a visit and tasting at the nearby Shandon Sweets, a local candy manufacturer.
Day 5 – “Science of Food and Health” lecture at Cork Institute of Technology + Cooking Class.
Day 6 – Meet a local farmer and learn about goat cheese production and tasting.
Day 7 – Learn about traditional whiskey making at Jameson Distillery Midleton.
Day 8/9 – West Cork field trip weekend Clonakilty black pudding factory visit + tasting; visit the breathtaking Inchydoney beach and the beautiful scenery of West Cork and the Ring of Kerry.
Day 10 – TEA TALK – Meet the MASTER BLENDER- Barry’s Tea + Farewell dinner 100€.
Day 11- Departure day.
