1. Fees, Changes, Cancellations, Refunds
Our program fees are clear and transparent. We clearly list what is included in each program. We also try to outline any extra costs the participant may encounter while on the program such as general living costs etc. Our aim is to never have any hidden costs so if you have any questions at any stage of the booking process please don’t hesitate to ask us!
We require all participants to pay a registration fee of $100 to confirm their interest in a program. This fee is fully refundable up to the program deadline date. The registration fee is deducted from the program fee so it is not an extra cost.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
All fees paid are fully refundable (less any banking charges applied) up to 60 days in advance of the program start date for Intern Abroad and 90 days in advance for Study Abroad. We do not deduct any administrative fees except for any fees imposed by the bank or online payment provider.
For cancellations made less than 60/90 days before the program start date no refunds are issued for any fees paid.
We will endeavour to accommodate changes to a participant’s booking wherever possible but this is within the constraints of program start dates, internship placement agreed dates and housing availability. Changes can be made up to 60 days before the program start date without incurring any charge. Extra fees may apply for any requested changes within 60 days of the program start date and these cannot be guaranteed.
