We do not store credit/debit card details. These are processed through a third-party payment provider that meets PCI DSS standards for secure payment processing.

EZC Study Abroad staff are trained in how to handle personal data correctly. Staff members only have

access to personal data as it relates to their work. Access to personal data is kept to a minimum number of staff members in order to reduce the risk of a data breach.

5.      Data Retention

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Personal data will not be retained for longer than is necessary.

Data is reviewed regularly and if found to be no longer required it is deleted and/or disposed of.
